Paparazzo Says Sean Penn Attacked Him

Sean PennA Hollywood cameraman has filed a police report against Sean Penn after the actor attacked him on Friday afternoon.

Penn took exception when the paparazzo refused to leave him alone after he had eaten lunch in Brentwood.

Photographs obtained by TMZ.com show Penn kicking the cameraman, identified as Jordan Dawes.
