Courtney Love Frozen Out Of Daughter's Trust Fund
The bank claims Love and the Laird Norton Tyee Trustee Company - which is a wealth management consultancy - are both battling for access to the money, and they want court authorities to decide which party has rightful duties as a trustee.
The former Hole rocker's lawyer, Keith Fink, has slammed the move, branding the bank "childish and vindictive", insisting that bosses only filed the claim after Love made it clear she wanted the money moved to a different bank, according to TMZ.com.
