Marilyn Manson is the latest celebrity to be diagnosed with swine flu. The shock rocker visited doctors earlier this month and was informed he had contracted the virus.

In a post on his personal blog, Manson writes, "So I have officially been diagnosed, by a real doctor, with THE SWINE FLU."

"I know everyone will suggest that f**king a pig is how this disease was obtained. However, the doctor said, my past choices in women have, in 'no way' contributed to... me acquiring this mysterious sickness. Unfortunately, I am going to survive. M."

Harry Potter star Rupert Grint and The Streets' bass player Wayne Vibes were diagnosed with the illness earlier this year.
