American Idol has dropped Paula Abdul, but she certainly hasn't dropped it. Abdul's VH1 Divas performance was full of references to her previous employer, and it appears she has no plans to move on. Check out video & photos below...

After greeting the crowd with "This... is not American Idol," she went on to go through an opening monologue that featured - you guessed it - American Idol jokes.

Once she took the stage to perform, Paula lip-synced to a medley of "Cold Hearted Snake," "Opposites Attract," "Straight Up" and "Forever Your Girl." Her "Opposites Attract" section featured MC Scat Cat and none other than Simon Cowell.

In a final attempt to persuade the audience she was totally over the whole American Idol thing, she appeared dressed up as her replacement Ellen Degeneres - complete with dance moves and a white couch.

Miley Cyrus, Kelly Clarkson, Jennifer Hudson, Leona Lewis, Adele and Jordin Sparks were honored as at the concert which aired live from the Brooklyn Academy of Music. Check out photos from the evening here.
