Get the look: Attempt Eliza's look with a frock by Arthur S. Levine consisting of ruffles on the V-neck bodice instead. The ruched waist on this dress adds that extra bit of femininity needed. Red pumps will always be eye catching be they suede or patent leather and Aldo's 'Himel' platform pumps definitely put the capital 'S' in sexy.
