" remake opened to just 2.3 million viewers on Tuesday night, according to Variety.com
The first new series of the fall television season debuted after the second season premiere of 90210
, which had 2.56 million viewers overall.
Both shows performed decently among its intended target - young women. They finished second in their time slots with females aged 18-34.
