Kim recently posted a photo of herself in a bikini on her Twitter account - as a sneak peek at a photo shoot for a diet product she is endorsing. Kim is the face of QuickTrim, a line of products for weight loss.

Kim has reportedly reunited with her football star beau Reggie Bush. A source told the National Inquirer, "Reggie initiated the reconciliation - he's been trying to get back with Kim since the second week of the breakup. And when he asked to see her while she was in New Orleans, Kim seized the moment."
