Lourdes wears red lipstick and even has a beauty mark painted above her upper lip.

Where does the image come from? It's believed to be from Madonna's second version of her "Celebration" video, which will be released next week.

In 1984, Madonna performed at the MTV Video Music Awards wearing a wedding dress and sitting on top of a giant wedding cake.
