According to National Enquirer, Kirsten Dunst is back on the bottle - and friends are worried she'll land back in rehab.

The Spiderman actress - who did a stretch in rehab last year for depression, not substance abuse - was stumbling drunk at the Tropicana bar inside the Roosevelt Hotel, according to an eyewitnesses.

"Kirsten looked completely wasted and holding on to some random guy," their source told the website. "When he asked her what she was drinking, she told him to order her a double vodka on the rocks - straight vodka! He ordered himself a whiskey, got her a double and they staggered off into the crowd."

"The guy Kirsten was partying with at the Tropicana held her by the arm to keep her stable," a second eyewitness confided. "Even though she was wasted, she looked like she was trying to hide her drink in her jacket as she walked toward a couch. But minutes after she sat down, Kirsten gulped her drink and they immediately went back to the bar and got more."
