McCord began as a series guest star with a number of bit roles before landing the role of bratty Southern California socialite Naomi on 90210.

The star recently called off her romance with Twilight star Kellan Lutz. A source says, "She broke up with him. He wasn't a good boyfriend. She forgave him (for kissing another girl). He showed up at her house with flowers and took her to dinner (for her birthday), but that was it. No gift."
