The Icelandic singer is asking $1.8 million for the sprawling six-bedroom pad, which features a master suite made from natural stones and a studio with glass walls. Bjork is so keen to get someone into her former home, she has also put the house up for lease at a fee of $7,000-a-month, according to RealEstalker.com.
Bjork and Barney are reportedly on the verge of buying a new penthouse in New York's swanky Brooklyn Heights building.
Rockers Lou Reed and Laurie Anderson have just treated themselves to a new holiday home in East Hampton, New York. The couple paid almost $1.5 million for the historic two bedroom pad near Amagansett.
The property comes with a newly-renovated guest cottage, heated pool and pool house, according to website RealEstalker.com. Reed and Anderson also own properties in New York City.
Former Playboy Playmate Bridget Marquardt and her boyfriend just bought a $1.7 million home in Sherman Oaks, California. But Bridget is struggling with life away from Hugh Hefner's Holmby Hills, Los Angeles mansion - she can't throw away her collectibles.
After she split amicably from boyfriend Hefner, the blonde beauty left his home and has since started living with boyfriend, director Nick Carpenter. And though she loves having her own pad, she admits she has grown difficult to live with.
The reality TV star tells Eonline.com, "Going through all these (moving) boxes has been a little bit stressful. I told Nick that he has to help me get rid of things, but every time he tells me to throw something away, I get all p**sed at him." Nick made me give away my Hello Kitty TV, my Hello Kitty microwave and my Hello Kitty toaster... and I have Playboy pillows, sheets, towels, barware."
Marquardt admits she has already donated bags of clothes and stuff to charity.

Nicolas Cage is unloading yet another multi-million dollar piece of real-estate following reports he owes $6.2 million in unpaid taxes - the actor is selling his New York home.
The 45-year-old star, whose properties in Louisiana, Rhode Island and Los Angeles have also been put on the market, is now getting rid of his Manhattan pad for a reported $9.75 million.
Cage's posh Fifth Avenue address boasts three bedrooms and is a combination of two adjacent condos for a combined 3,550 square feet of living space, reports the New York Post.
Internal Revenue Service (IRS) officials filed tax lien documents against Cage, who recently sold a Malibu home and a German castle, in Orleans District Court on July 14, alleging he failed to pay $6,257,005 to cover his income tax in 2007 - reportedly prompting the actor to sell off more property in a bid to recoup the cash.
It's not the actor's first run in with tax bosses - according to ABC News, he agreed to pay $660,000 plus interest in back taxes and penalties in September 2008, following allegations of improperly deducted personal expenses.
Alec Baldwin is finally moving on after his split from Kim Basinger - he is selling the apartment where he nearly killed himself in the fallout from their bitter divorce.
The star broke up with Basinger in 2000 and the couple became locked in a long-running battle for custody of their 13-year-old daughter Ireland. In 2007, Baldwin hit headlines when an answerphone message in which he called his daughter a "thoughtless little pig" was leaked onto the internet. He fell into a spiral of depression after the incident and subsequently admitted: "The thought of jumping out the window of my apartment was with me every night for weeks."
Now Baldwin appears to be finally putting the past behind him - he is selling the plush three-bedroom, three-bathroom home close to Central Park for $7.5 million.
The apartment takes up the entire 22nd floor of the building and has its own private elevator entrance. Baldwin is also offering to sell a smaller home in the same block - for an extra $1.2 million.
