A Los Angeles native and the youngest of six siblings born to Honduran parents, America was raised by her mother in Woodland Hills, CA.

America recently admitted she's afraid to go shopping. She said, "I don't like to shop. I don't like being in stores... I've never enjoyed shopping since I was young. It's just not something that I like to do."
