An employee working for 50 Cent was arrested during a party at the rapper's home after a brawl broke out.

Dwayne McKenzie, who works for the star's G-Unit company, was attended the gathering at 50 Cent's home in Hartford, Connecticut on August 16th. Trouble flared after McKenzie allegedly asked a woman to give him oral sex, prompting a fight to break out when a friend stepped in to defend the partygoer.

McKenzie is facing assault charges and is scheduled to appear at Hartford Superior Court on Tuesday.

Another reveler, Michelle Krzykowski, also faces assault charges in connection to the incident. She is due in court on September 1st.

50 Cent - real name Curtis Jackson - wasn't at home at the time of the incident, according to local police.
