Quentin Tarantino Lifts Sleep Ban For Brad Pitt While Filming 'Inglourious Basterds'
The filmmaker admits he doesn't usually allow his stars to take naps in- between shooting on his movies, and shames sleeping stars by posting pictures of his cast with a purple dildo he calls 'Big Jerry' on the set.
However, Tarantino made an exception for Pitt - who was his number one choice to play Nazi hunter Aldo Raine in the violent new drama.
And he blames Pitt's hectic parenting duties for distracting him from his work.
Tarantino says, "One of the things that's kind of funny is we try to usually discourage sleeping on the set - it can happen from time to time. But because Brad has a big family at home, sleeping on the set is the only time he gets to sleep. (He has) something like six (children)!"
Pitt shares kids Maddox, eight, five-year-old Pax, Zahara, four, three-year- old Shiloh and 13-month-old twins Vivienne and Knox with his partner, actress Angelina Jolie.
