"When I was shopping for my boobs, I wanted the best, so I sat down and flipped through a bunch of Playboys," says Heidi Montag, who also had a nose job, in a Playboy interview conducted by her husband, Spencer Pratt.

Heidi admits she's not done with plastic surgery. She explains, "I plan to get a few more upgrades ... I’m sure as I get older I’ll need some touch-ups."

Spencer was very excited about his wife's Playboy photo shoot. He said, "I wanted to shut down production after every outfit change so I could enjoy her all to myself."
