Travis Barker has launched a scathing attack against his ex-wife Shanna Moakler for allegedly failing to keep their kids away from an uncle who is a "convicted child molester."

The Blink-182 drummer has blasted the former beauty queen on his Twitter.com page, accusing Moakler of sending Atiana, her daughter from her relationship with boxer Oscar De La Hoya, to stay with relatives near the unidentified uncle.

He writes, "Where is Atiana Shanna, why do u (sic) ship her out every summer where your uncle lives, why don't u (sic) spend the summer with her?" Another post adds, "Your uncle is a CONVICTED CHILD MOLESTER and you will NOT agree to keep him away from the kids."

However, Moakler has hit back at Barker's accusations, criticizing the rocker for making their spat public and insisting she doesn't have an uncle.

She tells TMZ.com, "I don't have a (sic) uncle; second, I would NEVER endanger the lives of my children, I find making public spectacles humiliating not just for our children but for our entire families."

Barker and Moakler have two children together: son Landon, five, and daughter Alabama, three.
