Bradley Cooper is still fending off rumors he's dating Jennifer Aniston after online gossips falsely alleged the stars had enjoyed a secret dinner date in Washington, D.C. over the weekend.

The He's Just Not That Into You co-stars have been dogged by reports of a romance since they were spotted dining together in New York in June.

Cooper denied the meeting had been a date, insisting they were simply there as "friends".

But the rumors are refusing to go away, and new reports suggest Aniston flew to Washington to rendezvous with Cooper.

His representative tells People.com, "It didn't happen, they were not there together. Bradley was there on a stop-over."

Cooper isn't the only co-star Aniston has recently been linked to - Gerard Butler, who stars alongside the former Friends beauty in new film "The Bounty", has also been forced to deny they are dating, branding the persistent rumors "just annoying".
