Health Fears For Michael Jackson's Mom
Michael Jackson's mom Katherine has sparked fears for her health after worrying so much about her late son's death. The King of Pop's mother is tormenting herself over whether she could have done more to prevent the tragedy on June 25th. Katherine tried to convince Jackson to axe his 50-date residency at London's O2 Arena - and is baffled how he passed tests for the grueling schedule in the first place.
Family friend Kevin McLin says, "She is asking questions but the answers don't make sense. She wants to know how Michael passed the physical examination he was given by AEG. Something has to be wrong with this because he had all of these problems - how could he possibly pass a test like that? Katherine is upset, angry and confused as to why her son was allowed to go ahead with the tour."
And the 79 year old, who had a stroke four years ago and suffers from high blood pressure and diabetes, is now so frail she has to be monitored 24 hours a day.
A source tells Britain's Daily Star Sunday, "She now requires oxygen and has been so weak since Michael died she can barely walk unaided. This pressure is tearing her part. At her age and in her fragile state of health, more exertion could trigger another stroke."
