Actress Jaime Pressly is celebrating her 32nd birthday with a new ring after becoming engaged to lawyer Simran Singh.

The star will celebrate her birthday in Las Vegas this weekend, but party guests have been told the bash will double as an engagement event, according to UsMagazine.com.

Pressly started dating Singh earlier this year after ending her two-year engagement to DJ Eric Cubiche last November.

The actress and Cubiche have a young son, called Dezi.
