Wikipedia says that Parkour is basically a discipline similar to martial arts where the focus is on moving from one place to another "as smoothly, efficiently and quickly as possible using the abilities of the human body." You've seen it in the movies in those big footchase scenes where guys scale chain link fences in a couple of steps or leap building-to-building. Our knees hurt just watching...
