Ashley Olsen has denied reports she's planning to marry boyfriend Justin Bartha. The couple had been dating for a little over a year when The Hangover star Bartha proposed during a vacation in Paris, France, in June according to People magazine.

Sources tell the tabloid Olsen, 23, "said yes immediately", but representatives for the pair insist the reports are "not true".
