Megan Fox has slammed reports she turned down an offer to star in the upcoming James Bond film, insisting she's a huge fan of the action franchise.

The Transformers beauty was said to have refused the chance to star alongside Daniel Craig in the 23rd super-spy film because she wanted to play more than just the super-spy's love interest.

However, the 23 year old has branded the report as false - telling fans she has never even discussed the role with film bosses.

A spokesperson for Fox says the reports are "completely not true. There has been no discussions nor any offer. Megan is a fan of the Bond movies."
