British actress Sienna Miller accidentally set her chest on fire when an explosion went awry as she filmed new movie G.I. Joe: Rise of Cobra.

The Alfie star, who donned a black leather catsuit for her role as villainous Baroness, admits one scene left her painfully singed after a spectacular special effect mis-fired.

She says, "Luckily it wasn't my breasts, it was the bit in-between. It got a bit burnt when an explosion got a bit close."

G.I. Joe: Rise of Cobra - which also stars Dennis Quaid, Channing Tatum, Marlon Wayans, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, and Rachel Nichols - is due in theaters August 7.
