Not only is Janet Jackson still mourning the death of her brother Michael, but it's being reported that she and her longtime music executive boyfriend Jermaine Dupri have split. In today's US Weekly exclusive, a source claims that Dupri's friends "are telling people it's over"; and another said that the couple has been "moving in different directions for a while."

A friend of the couple added, "You shouldn't mix business with pleasure," implying that the fact that Dupri had produced numerous tracks on Janet's two latest albums may have had something to do with their split. "Janet felt their lives were too crossed and they should have kept things separate," the friend added.
