Earlier this year, Paul McCartney penned a two-page letter to Pamela, detailing how bad meat-eating is for the environment. He hopes vegetarian Anderson will help him promote the cause.

The pair were recently involved in a campaign to help the plight of seals. Pam wrote a personal plea to Russian leader Vladimir Putin to ask the politician to help her ban the slaughter of baby seals in her native Canada - where hunters will be allowed to kill approximately 338,200 seals this year.
