InTouch Weekly's cover story is reporting that Jon Gosselin has proposed to his 22-year-old girlfriend, Hailey Glassman.

"Jon has been telling everyone that he loves her and she loves him, so why waste time?" an insider says. "They started dating two months ago and they both just knew the other was the one instantly."

Jon allegedly presented Hailey with a $180K ring in the shape of a skull with four black diamonds. "Jon said to Hailey: 'Why don’t we get married in Vegas?’ and she squealed 'yes!'" claims the same source.

Jon Gosselin initiated his divorce from estranged wife Kate only 23 days ago in Pennsylvania, and has been dating Hailey Glassman for about two months.

Jon & Kate Plus 8, the hit TLC show, has been on hiatus since the announcement of the divorce.
