According to Nowmagazine.com, Britney Spears is "off her rocker, bonkers, whacked, and one fry short of a Happy Meal." Again.

Britney Spears' carefully stage-managed appearances have led many to believe that the star is her normal self again. However, the star's increasingly erratic behavior in private has many of her closest friends worried that there will be a repeat of the breakdown she suffered 18 months ago in which she shaved her head and attacked a photographer with an umbrella.

Her ex-husband, Kevin Federline was quoted saying, "Britney's speaking gibberish baby talk." Says a source, "It reminds him of how she used to be."

The source added, "Britney still hears voices and, at times, still has intense alcohol and drug cravings."

Among the signs that Britney's state of mind is worse than ever is her strange belief that unicorns are real and live in a zoo in New Zealand. "She's been obsessed with unicorns lately - it's really upset her that they're fictional," says the insider.

Those around her have been making sure that she gets the help she needs. "Jamie talked to her doctors," says the insider. "And she met with them before heading back to Europe."
