Keri recently confirmed she is in talks to work with Chris Brown. She says, "Us working together will probably be the first project I've worked on as a songwriter in a while."

Keri won "Best New Artist" at the BET Awards last weekend. The show was dominated by Michael Jackson tributes. A chant of "Michael Jackson, Michael Jackson!" was heard while Keri performed, and Jamie Foxx's "Blame It" incorporated some of the Jacksons' dance hit "Blame It On the Boogie."
