'Weeds' Recap: 'Super Lucky Happy'

WeedsThe results are finally in on "Weeds" and it's absolutely true: Nancy is pregnant with Esteban's bouncing baby boy. What this means is that Estebean is becoming an even creepier version of himself by sucking up to Nancy and planning a sweet little life with her and their son. Whether this is just a way to keep her calm for the baby or an actual delusion of his is unknown. Seeing him sensitive and sweet with her is too bizarre, and Nancy seems to feel the same way.

She spends yet another episode in despair and moral confusion. Agent Till shows up and gets captured by Nancy's new (awesome) guard Ignacio. Nancy then uses the taser on Ignacio and spends the episode deciding which one of them has to die. The Magic Eight Ball is at hand for these important decisions, but there is a genuine moment where it looks like Nancy is losing her mind completely. She asks Esteban to make the decision for her, knowing exactly what that means, and it's obvious Till has to die. That means Nancy's last possible connection to a moral world outside of Esteban is now dead and gone. Doesn't that just put a shiver up your spine?

Andy has quite a whirlwind adventure in this episode. He starts to think that Nancy's jealousy over his sex with Jill means she likes him. I'm not sure if that is true, although Nancy doesn't seem to know either. It's probably that her mind is full of many other terrifying things, and lusting after Judah's brother is not something to add to that. He snaps at Esteban a few times, and is ignored, gets tasered, and then he tries to work out to be stronger. When Nancy and Ignacio both mock him for that (he really can't win), Andy finds an old bank account under Judah's name. He tries to get the money out of it, but the bank lady actually knew Judah and used to be in love with him. And she's creepily still in love with him, and insists Andy pretends to be him to get the money. Like this is anything new for Andy, since he has spent this entire show trying to take Judah's place and take care of everyone. Remember the easier days when Andy was just a sex-obsessed buffoon who had computer sex with his nephew's deaf girlfriend? He's come a long way.

Silas and Doug finally find the right spot for their new business and open it with the help of their cop friend. They seem pretty happy, and that means something bad is going to happen. Silas remains the calmest and sanest member of the family when he takes a shirt from Esteban and then firmly shakes his hand. Shane remains the broken moral center of the show when he wigs out at Esteban and goes up to his room. Andy even calls him the moral center, but then realizes how far Shane has gone into insanity himself. He's selling a bunch of pot to his teacher, who then (duh) steals all of it. But listen, teacher ... Shane Botwin has the potential to be the scariest member of that family. He will destroy you. He is closest to his mother, remember that.

Speaking of Nancy being crazy sometimes, she is not too happy to see Celia back, and then tries to set her on fire. It's kind of awesome. Next week on "Weeds," Andy pretends to be Judah some more, Nancy continues in her downward spiral, and Shane proves you don't mess with his psycho self.

"Weeds" is on Showtime Monday nights at 10:00 PM EST.
