Two Michael Jackson Legal Cases Set For MondayA woman who alleges she's the mother of Michael Jackson's youngest child has launched a bid for custody of Prince Michael II - and her case will be heard in a Los Angeles court next week.

Billie Jean Jackson filed for joint legal and physical custody of the youngster in December, and asked for $1 billion in child support as well as the opportunity to participate in Blanket's education and gain weekend visits to him, according to news show Extra.

Her case will be heard on the same day that Jackson's mother Katherine discovers if she will be granted permanent custody of Jackson's three kids, Prince Michael Jr, 12, Paris, 11, and seven-year-old Prince 'Blanket' Michael II.

She was handed temporary guardianship in a hearing on Monday.
