Katie & Tom Cruise showed up at a ceremony for Cameron Diaz's Hollywood Walk Of Fame on Monday. Some sources think Katie was sporting a pooch visible through her white blouse.

It could be that Katie has started to let herself go. Just look at her messy hair and sloppy outfit. Maybe she just hasn't been exercising?
