Victoria Beckham Has Breast Reduction Surgery?

Victoria Beckham is facing reports she recently underwent a breast augmentation operation to decrease the size of her chest. Above she's pictured in 2003 (left) and in May, 2009. See more photos of her fluctuating chest after the jump, and tell us what you think...

The singer-turned-fashion designer reportedly had her breasts enlarged in 1999, but British tabloid The Sun claims she underwent another operation two years later to further enhance her bust. The paper now alleges the star underwent another operation last month to decrease the size of her bosom for a "more natural look."

Beckham, who lives in Los Angeles, is said to be recovering in France with her soccer star husband, David, and their three sons.

A source tells the newspaper, "Victoria has wanted her implants taken out for a while. She felt that was part of her old image - the big hair, big boobs, fake tan - and that she has moved on since those days. She had the operation three weeks ago and is very pleased with the results. After the operation she came to London for business then went to France to heal properly in private."
