Despite an insider telling People last week that, "There is nudity. It's tasteful — she had a lot of fun with it," the latest word is that "there will be no real nudity" in the spread.

Originally famous as a castmember on 'The Hills,' Heidi and husband Spencer Pratt most recently appeared, quit, appeared again and quit again on 'I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!'
