Gossip Girl star Kelly Rutherford gave birth to a baby girl last night around 10 PM, via natural childbirth in Los Angeles, according to RadarOnline.com. It is her second child.

Rutherford has been embroiled in a nasty custody battle with her estranged husband Daniel Giersch. She revealed she called the police on him twice, and has attempted to ban him from taking their two-year-old son to his home until he has proven his swimming pool and play areas are child-safe.
