Christina Ricci has called off her marriage plans after reportedly splitting from fiance Owen Benjamin. The star, 29, and the comedian ended their romance after a fight at a weekend party, according to People.com.

A source tells the publication, "Owen had a birthday party this past Sunday, and everything seemed fine. Sometime after, they got into a fight and decided to re-evaluate things. (Then) the engagement was off."

A pal says, "They really are still close. They talk almost every day. It was a very mature decision and they both felt good about it. They're definitely still friends."

Ricci and Benjamin announced their engagement in March.
