McGDirector McG was once head-butted by actor Bill Murray - in a fight which nearly broke the movie maker's nose.

McG worked with the Ghostbusters star on 2000 film Charlie's Angels but the actor did not return for the subsequent sequel, 2003's Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle. And McG claims his professional relationship with Murray was marred by a vicious fight, which ended in the star head-butting the director in the face.

McG says, "I don't think there's been a film I've made where there hasn't been some kind of physical fight. I mean, I've been head-butted by an A-list star. Square in the head. An inch later and my nose would have been obliterated. I probably shouldn't (reveal who it was)."

"But it was Bill Murray. Y'know, it's a passionate industry."
