Dr. Dre Unveiled As New Face Of Dr. Pepper
The hip-hop star fronts the drink company's new Trust Me, I'm A Doctor campaign, and he's using the TV spots to drum up publicity for his third album, as well as his Beats By Dre headphones.
In the ad, which premieres on Monday, Dre says, "Scientific tests prove when you drink Dr. Pepper slow, the 23 flavors taste even better. For me, slow always produces a hit. Slower is better - trust me, I'm a doctor."
Detox is expected to be released later this year.
