Angelina Jolie has been admitted to a hospital in Long Island, New York, after injuring herself in a stunt for new action movie Salt.

The actress, who plays a spy in the forthcoming film, suffered a knock to her head on Friday morning, resulting in a cut between her eyes.

According to TMZ.com, Jolie was treated for her injury at a nearby medical center and her manager insists she will be fine.
