Ciara is teaming up with Staples and Do Something - an organization that empowers teens to take action in their communities - to launch a national School Supply drive this summer.
Ciara is encouraging teens to make a difference this summer by collecting school supplies and dropping them off at their nearest Staples store, from July through September. Each Staples store is matched to a local educational and not-for-profit organization serving disadvantaged youth, and DoSomething.org and Staples will ensure that all the donations get to these partners just in time to head back to school.
Teens who want to get involved can go to www.DoSomething101.org for ideas on how to run local school supply drives.
Ciara’s third and latest highly anticipated album, “Fantasy Ride” (in stores now) is a testament to her growth. As evidenced in the sensational videos for the Polow Da Don-crafted hit, first single, “Never Ever” and the second smash single, “Love Sex Magic,” with Justin Timberlake, she is boldly demonstrating her womanhood without apology.
