Actress Chloe Sevigny wants to become the next big female action star, insisting she's fitter than most people think she is.

The Boys Don't Cry star has made a name for herself in a series of gritty low-budget indie movies, but now she's keen to be the next Angelina Jolie.

She says, "I would love to do an action movie. I'm actually very physically fit. I don't think people think of me that way.

"I read a lot of those scripts and audition, but I think I am just not a big enough name - it's all about figures and what your movies have accumulated and I've never been in a movie that made money."
