Bruce Willis' Idaho ski lodge is to be rebuilt after it was destroyed by fire.

An inferno tore through the main lodge at the Soldier Mountain Ski Resort in March after a short circuit in the electrical wiring system accidentally sparked a blaze.

Wet weather has since delayed authorities from clearing up the charred debris, but managers are now planning to start work on a new building.

The resort is scheduled to open in time for the ski season later this year.
