Farrah Fawcett's cancer battle has robbed her of her famous hair. The ailing actress' longtime partner, Ryan O'Neal, has spoken out about the Charlie's Angels star's brave fight, telling People magazine Fawcett is not set for the "last rites" just yet.

But he does admit she's a gaunt shadow of her bubbly former self - and looks nothing like the pin-up whose blonde locks were the most copied by women in the late 1970s.

He tells the publication, "Farrah has lost her famous hair. I have it at home. She didn't care."

And she's so weakened from inoperable anal cancer, which has spread to her liver, she has little energy - and can hardly speak in sentences. He reveals, "She stays in bed now."
