Nickelback frontman Chad Kroeger is at the center of a legal spat after allegedly beating up a furniture salesman. Noah Morse claims Kroeger attacked him outside a Vancouver, Canada bar in 2007, knocking him out briefly.

In a new lawsuit, filed in the Supreme Court of British Columbia and obtained by TMZ.com, Morse accuses Kroeger of punching him "forcefully in the mouth." The salesman claims he suffered a concussion and oral injuries, including "one deadened front tooth... dislodged upper front teeth and permanent discolouration of more front teeth" in the fight.

He is suing for loss of income and medical expenses.
