Foxy BrownFoxy Brown has won her court battle with a New York woman who accused the rapper of smashing her in the head with a cell phone.

The female MC was targeted in the lawsuit filed last year by Arlene Raymond, a neighbor in the star's Brooklyn area of Crown Heights. Raymond claimed Brown, real name Inga Marchand, harassed her at her Brooklyn workplace and during a confrontation over the decibel level of the rapper's car radio smashed her in the face with a BlackBerry.

Brooklyn Supreme Court Justice Robert Miller dismissed the case on Monday because the rapper was never served with legal papers, reports the New York Post.
