Tori Spelling's Mom Sued By Ex-Employee
Lourdes Serrano has accused Candy Spelling of firing her in "retaliation," according to a lawsuit filed by the ex-employee on Thursday in Los Angeles County Superior Court. Serrano also alleges that Spelling forced her to clock out for twice-daily ten-minute breaks instead of paying her for the downtime as required by law, reports TMZ.com.
Serrano, who is demanding punitive damages and a jury trial, also named the estate of Aaron Spelling as a defendant.
Candy Spelling placed the family home in Los Angeles on the market for a staggering $150 million last month.
