Katy Perry & Nicky Hilton each recently wore a Matthew Williamsom for H&M peacock dress (fortunately not to the same event!) Which one looks better?

Katy paired her dress with black stockings and a lip-shaped purse, while Nicky matched hers with purple pumps. Katy wore her dress to PAPER Magazine's Annual "Beautiful People Party" at the Hiro Ballroom in New York on April 9, and Nicky hosted an evening at PRIVE in Las Vegas on April 11.
