Michelle RodriguezSpoiler Alert: Michelle Rodriguez has hit out at movie bosses for always killing off her characters - revealing she dies in every film she's in this year.

Rodriguez's rant is set to infuriate film fans and the directors of Fast and Furious, Avatar and TrĂ³pico de Sangre, the three films Rodriguez stars in in 2009.

But she insists she's striking a blow for women in Hollywood.

Rodriguez tells Latina.com, "Anytime you've got a wild, independent, free-spirited woman, she has to die at the end of the movie, unless it's a movie that's so sci-fi that it can't be real, like Tomb Raider.

"Me? I die in every film that I'm in this year. They're just gonna have to keep on killing me. I'll keep coming back, until they realize what's hot and make flicks for bitches like me."

Fast and Furious hit movie theaters in the U.S. April 3; Tropico de Sangre, which marks Rodriguez's debut as a movie producer, and James Cameron's Avatar are due for release later in 2009.
