Sean 'Diddy' CombsSean 'Diddy' Combs has been hit with a copyright infringement lawsuit by a little-known R&B singer amid allegations the hip-hop mogul stole a song for his rap group Boyz N da Hood.

Troy Hicks, whose stage name is Rhythum, claims Boyz N Da Hood's 2007 track "Table Dance" lifts chunks of his recording "Private Dancer", which was previously released on independent label Real Life Entertainment.

According to AllHipHop.com, Hicks has named Boyz N Da Hood, Combs' label Bad Boy Records, Atlantic Recording Corporation and Block Entertainment in the legal papers, which were recently filed in a Dallas, Texas court.
