Supermodel Claudia Schiffer has built up a collection of countryside animals and exotic pets to fulfill her childhood dream of living on a farm.

The catwalk beauty, who has two children with her moviemaker husband Matthew Vaughn, keeps her creatures at her country retreat in Suffolk, England.

Schiffer owns three dogs, two sheep, four chickens, a pregnant pig, two black swans, four ducks, three tortoises and a parrot, and compares her everyday routine to living in a zoo.

She says, "I always dreamed that one day I would like a farm with lots of animals, so I thought I'd get little amounts of each and find out how it works."

The star has made sure her farm is eco-friendly, installing an Austrian Wood-fired eco-boiler to heat the 17th century property.
