Fans of Vince Vaughn can now rent out his Chicago, Illinois home. The four-bedroom townhouse is available to rent for $9,500-a-month.

And the Old School star is even leaving furniture items in the home, including his king-size bed. The place even comes with Vaughn's home theatre, according to People.com.

Vaughn, who turns 39 on Saturday, bought the property in 2005 and has no plans to sell it.

He lives nearby in Chicago's Palmolive Building.
